Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has outlined his key accomplishments over the past year, highlighting the strides made in infrastructure, education, security, and governance.
In his New Year message to FCT residents, Wike acknowledged the challenges faced in 2024 but expressed pride in the significant progress achieved, which he believes has laid the foundation for sustainable development in the Territory.

- Massive Infrastructural Development: The Minister cited the construction of new urban and rural roads, which has notably improved connectivity, facilitating smoother travel for residents and enhancing the overall accessibility of the territory.
- Rural Road Development: Wike noted that rural road improvements have boosted economic activities in rural communities, creating new opportunities and improving livelihoods.
