Lagos is set to host the third edition of Unleashed4Takeover, Nigeria’s leading real estate and youth empowerment summit, on May 1–2, 2025, at the Balmoral Event Center, Victoria Island.
Founded and hosted by Dr. Kennedy Okonkwo, the renowned property developer and Group Managing Director of Nedcomoaks Group, the summit has quickly grown into a transformative platform for aspiring entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and industry disruptors.
Following the resounding success of previous editions — including last year’s gathering of over 1,500 participants — Unleashed4Takeover 3.0 promises to raise the bar. The two-day event will feature high-impact keynote sessions, masterclasses, fireside chats, and panel discussions focused on real estate, tech, youth leadership, and sustainable development.
“This year’s summit is bigger, bolder, and built for transformation,” said Dr. Okonkwo in a statement. “We are creating a space where visionaries meet opportunity — a launchpad for careers, innovation, and lasting impact.”
Past speakers have included global business leader Vusi Thembekwayo, leadership coach Pastor Godman Akinlabi, strategy expert Dr. Ken Ikpe Onyeali, nation builder Fela Durotoye, and fintech pioneer Dickson Nsofor, among other influential voices from the worlds of finance, real estate, and policy.
Day 1 will begin with Knowledge & Impact Sessions from 10:00 a.m., featuring expert insights and interactive workshops. Day 2 will culminate in a Gala & Awards Night at 5:00 p.m., recognizing excellence and innovation within the real estate and entrepreneurship space.
