Obaseki Extols NIESV for Sustaining Professionalism in Real Estate Sector

Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki has hailed the impact of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), on real Estate Development in Nigeria.

Obaseki made this known during his speech at the commissioning of the NIESV national Secretariat in Abuja recently.

The Governor also stated that the Institute’s new headquarters is a testament of resilience, innovation and giant strides towards maintaining standards in the sector and sustaining professionalism.

Giving his opening remarks, the president of NIESV ESV Johnbull Amayaevbo expressed great satisfaction over the completion and commissioning of the edifice, he stated that this is a dream come true for the institution.

Amayaevbo also stated that the Institute’s new headquarters is a testament of resilience, innovation and giant strides towards maintaining standards in the sector and sustaining professionalism.

The highlight of the day was the official commissioning of The Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Secretariat by the governor of Edo state assisted by the president of the institute, royal fathers and other invited guests. This was followed by the launching of NIESV real estate market report brochure for the year.

An award of recognition was also presented to Governor Obaseki for his tremendous support and contribution to the institution.
