The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has launched the 2025 Nigerian Oil and Gas Opportunity Fair (NOGOF).
Speaking in Abuja, Executive Secretary Felix Ogbe emphasized NOGOF’s role in driving local participation and industry growth. The fair aims to showcase opportunities across the oil and gas value chain.
Ogbe highlighted that the 2023 edition presented over 100 investment opportunities, with key projects like Ubeta and Bonga North progressing.

Local content in the petroleum sector now stands at 56 percent, with further growth expected through recent asset acquisitions by Nigerian firms.
PETAN Chairman Wole Ogunsanya praised NCDMB’s efforts, noting that indigenous companies now retain greater stakes in major oil assets.
