Governor Uba Sani remains committed to fostering a business-friendly environment for economic growth in Kaduna State.

Dr. Bashir Ibrahim Garba, KADGIS Director General, revealed this during a press briefing with journalists on Tuesday.
He disclosed that Governor Sani reinstated land titles previously revoked by the former administration without following due process.
Among the reinstated properties are four land titles belonging to Fifth Chukker Resort Limited, previously revoked by authorities.
Fifth Chukker Polo and Country Club hosts international tournaments, offering a serene environment along Jos Road, Kaduna.
Dr. Garba stressed the importance of resolving property disputes and establishing efficient land administration for business growth.
The DG expressed confidence that addressing land issues would enhance investor confidence and attract more business opportunities.
He assured Kaduna residents that ongoing land reforms prioritize public welfare, fairness, and sustainable socio-economic development.
Finally, Dr. Garba urged residents to stay law-abiding and patient as land reforms continue across Kaduna State.
