President Ahmed Bola Tinubu has arrived in Maiduguri to express condolences to the government and people of Borno State following the devastating Alau Dam flood.
According to our source, Tinubu landed at approximately 3:15 pm, where he was welcomed by Governor Babagana Zulum.

The President is set to visit the Shehu of Borno, Alhaji Abubakar Umar-Garbai El-Kaneni, before proceeding to one of the displacement camps to address the affected individuals.

The recent flood, which submerged nearly half of Maiduguri, has resulted in significant loss of life and property. The Borno Government has established 36 camps to provide relief to the thousands displaced by the disaster.
