First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has appointed Felicia Obozuwa as Executive Director, Corporate Services and Service Management, following approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
Felicia brings nearly three decades of experience and a stellar track record to her new role, where she will play a crucial part in FCMB’s strategic growth and innovation efforts.
Felicia is highly regarded in the banking sector, with extensive expertise in consumer, corporate, and commercial banking. In her current capacity, she oversees FCMB’s Operations, Service Management, Human Resources, Training, Administration, Property Development, and Project Management functions.
She holds a law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, and an MBA from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. Her appointment underscores FCMB’s commitment to leveraging top-tier talent to drive operational excellence and enhance customer service delivery.
