The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a reduction of N65 in the ex-depot (gantry) price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), lowering it from N890 to N825 per litre. The new price takes effect on Thursday, 27th February 2025.
According to a statement from the refinery, the price cut aims to provide relief to Nigerians ahead of the Ramadan season and supports President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s economic recovery efforts by easing financial pressures.
“This strategic price adjustment is designed to provide essential relief to Nigerians in anticipation of Ramadan while supporting the government’s economic recovery policy,” the statement read.
