The Amadeo Initiative has once again recognized and celebrated exceptional individuals for their selfless contributions and dedication to society.

At a prestigious event held during the Amadeo Business Summit 3.0 in Enugu, five notable personalities, including Professor Timothy Gbenga Nubi, were inducted into the Amadeo Hall of Fame.

This honor highlights their remarkable efforts to improve the lives of people around them through sacrifice and service.

Alongside Professor Nubi, other honorees include Professor Barth Nnaji, Msgr Obiora Ike, Senator Osita Ngwu, and Professor Edith Nwosu. The Amadeo Hall of Fame was established to acknowledge men and women whose life endeavors align with the core vision of the Amadeo Initiative, selflessness and community betterment.

Last year, six individuals were inducted into this prestigious Hall of Fame. This year, the initiative expanded by inducting five more individuals who have demonstrated a consistent commitment to service.

The main expectation for these honorees is that they will continue to inspire and mentor the next generation of leaders, ensuring that their legacy of selflessness lives on.

Rev. Dr. Ugochukwu Chime, the convener the initiative, shared a profound message inspired by Todd Henry’s book Die Empty.

He called on all participants and attendees to “die empty”—to give everything they have to the world, ensuring that their knowledge, ideas, and goodness are fully expressed and shared before they leave this earth.

Dr. Chime also reflected on the importance of living a selfless life in service to others, urging everyone to start their own race toward making a positive impact.

Professor Timothy Olugbenga Nubi is a distinguished academic and expert in estate management, currently serving as the Director of the University of Lagos Research Management Office. His contributions to estate management, housing development, and urban regeneration have left an indelible mark on the academic community and the housing sector in Nigeria.

The Amadeo Initiative and its Hall of Fame continue to serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration, reminding all that true greatness lies in a life lived for others.
