In a groundbreaking development for Africa’s real estate and housing sector, the Africa International Housing Show (AIHS) has officially partnered with the Africa Real Estate Conference & Expo (ARCE) 2025, set to take place from June 18 to 20, 2025, at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra, Ghana.
This landmark collaboration signals a new chapter in the continent’s housing evolution, as both organizations align to drive innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation in the industry.
With the theme “PropTech and Digital Transformation: Unlocking Africa’s Potential for Sustainable Growth,” ARCE 2025 is poised to become a melting pot of ideas and technologies shaping the future of real estate on the continent.
The event will explore cutting-edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, Big Data, AR/VR, PropTech platforms, and other emerging technologies that promise to revolutionize urban development, housing finance, and property management.
The partnership with AIHS was confirmed by ARCE Founder and CEO, Vicky Sampah, highlighting the mutual interest in fostering a sustainable and inclusive real estate ecosystem across Africa.

“We are confident that this partnership will benefit both organizations by providing a platform to address Africa’s real estate challenges,” Sampah said, emphasizing the importance of collaborative action among stakeholders.
As part of the collaboration, AIHS Founder and CEO, Festus Adebayo, will be speaking at ARCE 2025, which underscores his leadership and long-standing contribution to the African housing and development landscape.
Speaking on the partnership, Adebayo remarked, “This is a welcome development. We are excited about the collaboration between AIHS and ARCE 2025. Stakeholders from across the continent are welcome to join us in Accra to explore solutions, build partnerships, and chart the way forward for affordable, smart, and sustainable housing.”
The strategic partnership also includes Housing TV Africa, the media arm of AIHS and first specialised television station on StarTimes channel 149, which will provide comprehensive coverage of the event, further amplifying the reach and impact of the discussions, innovations, and outcomes of ARCE 2025.
As the housing sector continues to evolve, this collaboration marks a major milestone in uniting thought leaders, innovators, developers, and policymakers to harness the power of technology in solving Africa’s real estate challenges.
As Stakeholders are gearing up for AIHS 2025 from July 27th to August 1st at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja which promises to be one of the most significant gatherings of real estate and construction minds on the continent, they are also looking forward to attending the ARCE 2025 event where solutions will be forged and the future of African cities reimagined.
