“The level of energy and engagement this year has been extraordinary,” said an exhibitor at AIHS 2024. “We’ve witnessed unprecedented interest in our offerings, and the conversations with participants reflect a strong, forward-looking mindset within the housing sector.”
A cornerstone of the event was its educational lineup, with more than 10 expert-led sessions covering critical industry topics like affordable housing finance, urban resilience, sustainable construction, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. These sessions offered actionable insights and inspired attendees to adopt best practices to advance their businesses and communities.
AIHS 2024 also provided robust networking opportunities, bringing together government officials, private sector leaders, developers, and international organizations. The connections formed at the event are expected to drive impactful collaborations and initiatives aimed at addressing housing challenges across Africa.
The event coincided with a key announcement extending AIHS partnerships with global housing and construction organizations through 2030, reflecting a long-term commitment to fostering growth in the sector.
2025 AIHS is scheduled to take place from July 26th to 31st, 2025, at international Conference Centre, Abuja, Nigeria with plans already underway to build on the success of this year’s event.
