Panic erupted at the international wing of Murtala Muhammed Airport this morning due to a fire outbreak in a section of the primary gateway airport.
According to a report from Nigerian Tribune, it was gathered that the inferno originated from a malfunctioning cable on the Tarmac. Allegedly, the fire had already damaged a portion of the FAAN administrative office the previous night.

All passengers and staff were asked to evacuate the building while the Lagos State Fire service was on hand to complement that of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
