LONDON — Dr. Endurance Cletus Agonor, the Chief Executive Officer of Aceroyal Estates Homes Limited, was recently honoured with a distinguished international award at the UK Parliament’s House of Lords.
Presented by Lord Michael Hastings, the Business Excellence & Impact Award was conferred on Dr. Agonor during the Global Think Tank Retreat hosted by the Niyi Adesanya Foundation in collaboration with Reputation Poll International (RPI).
The retreat, held at the Palace of Westminster, gathered global leaders and professionals committed to transformative change in business and leadership. Dr. Agonor, among the select attendees, was recognised for his contributions to sustainable real estate development and visionary leadership within Nigeria’s property sector.
Event organisers praised Agonor for steering projects that reflect both innovation and long-term community impact. His work includes landmark developments such as Eko Paragon, created through a partnership with Lagos State, as well as multiple commercial and residential ventures across Lagos and Abuja.
Over the years, Agonor has built more than just physical structures—he’s cultivated a network of mentorship and servant leadership, mentoring aspiring professionals and fostering growth across the industry. Those familiar with his approach describe him as driven by integrity, accessibility, and a focus on uplifting others through opportunity and collaboration.
In his role as CEO, Agonor has been credited with setting high standards for corporate governance and ethical business conduct, earning him widespread respect both at home and abroad.
The recognition in London, coming from one of the UK’s most esteemed legislative venues, adds another milestone to his career—and, as colleagues note, stands as a testament to the influence of African business leaders on the world stage.
