The Ghanaian lawmakers are expected to engage in high-level discussions and knowledge exchange with their Nigerian counterparts in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

As part of their official itinerary, the delegation will also pay a courtesy visit to Nigeria’s Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Arc. Ahmed Dangiwa.

“This is a unique opportunity for deeper inter-parliamentary cooperation between Nigeria and Ghana, particularly in the area of housing policy, regulation, and innovation,” Adebayo stated. “We are excited to host Hon. Vincent and members of the Ghanaian Parliament, whose presence at AIHS 2025 underscores the pan-African spirit of the show.”

The 2025 edition of AIHS is themed “Re-Imagining Housing, Overcoming Challenges to Opportunities
through Innovation, Collaboration, and Policy.” AIHS2025 will bring together housing stakeholders including government officials, real estate developers, investors, financial institutions, and international partners.

The visit of the Ghanaian lawmakers is expected to foster bilateral collaboration, inspire policy reforms, and strengthen shared strategies in tackling Africa’s housing deficit.

With over 40,000 attendees expected, AIHS 2025 promises to be a landmark event that combines exhibitions, panel discussions, investment forums, and public-private engagement sessions aimed at transforming the continent’s housing narrative.
