BUA Cement has announced a final dividend of N2.05 per ordinary share, payable to registered shareholders for the 2024 period.
The company’s press release, signed by Hauwa Satomi, was published on the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) on March 3, 2025.
Only shareholders listed in the company’s Register of Members by the close of business on August 8, 2025, qualify.
Payment and Registration Details
BUA Cement confirmed that the dividend would be paid electronically on August 28, 2025, to registered and eligible shareholders.
Only shareholders who completed the e-dividend registration and authorized the Registrar will receive payments directly into their designated bank accounts.

However, the cost of sales rose significantly by 108.74%, reaching N576.2 billion, affecting overall profitability for the financial year.
Despite increased costs, operating profit climbed to N144 billion, showcasing financial stability and resilience in core operations for 2024.
Total company assets grew by 29.17%, reaching N1.57 trillion, while shareholders’ funds recorded a marginal increase of 0.86%.
As of market close on March 3, 2025, BUA Cement shares traded at N93, declining from January’s peak of N185.
