A Chinese firm, Zhongshan Fucheng Industrial Investment Co. Ltd., has released one of three Nigerian Airbus A330 aircraft detained in France in pursuance of a court order from a Paris judicial court.
Our source reports that the firm had previously impounded a Dassault Falcon 7X, a Boeing 737-7N6/BBJ, and an Airbus A330-243, all of the Nigerian federal government, with the planes parked at Paris-Le Bourget and Basel-Mulhouse airports.

The company said in a statement on Friday that it would release one of the seized jets as part of a “goodwill gesture” prior to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s high-level meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron.
The company confirmed that President Tinubu will be allowed to use the Airbus A330, currently detained in France due to the court order obtained by Zhongshan, for his scheduled trip to France.
