GMH Luxury Investment Limited is organizing a 3-day exhibition to unveil key projects and engage with core stakeholders in Nigeria’s capital city.
The exhibition will take place from June 27th to 29th, 2024, at Kano Hall, Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.
This event aims to attract major stakeholders, including representatives from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Members of the National Assembly, mortgage banks, and real estate developers, among others.
The highlight of the event will be the unveiling of ‘The Maris’ project, a 5-acre development in the Ilashe area of Lagos State, valued at N15 billion.

Speaking to Housing TV Africa, Kuyebi Ayoolanrewaju, the Managing Director of GMH Luxury Properties Limited, stated, “The event will feature the unveiling of ‘De”Maris’, a N15 billion investment. It aims to bring together core stakeholders and the media. Over the three days, it promises to be a top-class event.”
A similar exhibition is scheduled to take place in Lagos on June 21st, 2024.
